1.YFY Series High-efficiency Compound Inoculant
YFY Series products are new neotype inoculant made by optimizing graphite elements, stabilizing element and surface-active elements on the base of Yttrium-based Heavy Rare-earth which has an extremely strong capacity of nucleation and anti-inoculation declining. These neotype inoculants can be absolutely suitable to the production of heavy section ductile iron castings and alloy castings of various qualities.
I. Characteristics of the product
1. This product can promote graphitization, restrain the formation of carbide in metal base, and reduce the chilling tendency of the section.2. It can obviously improve the shape and distribution of graphite, stimulate graphite to distribute uniformly like A-shape in cast iron, increase the amount of graphite in ductile iron, and make the graphite balls smaller and rounder. 3. This inoculant has an excellent capacity of anti-declining, and you don't have to worry about degeneration. Meanwhile, it can significantly increase the capacity of anti-ball declining when producing ductile iron ball with Light rare-earth and pure magnesium nodulizer. 4. It can refine eutectic, reduce segregation, make the organization uniform, thus improve all its performance and reduce casting stress and section sensitiveness the stress and sensitivity of the section.5. This inoculant participates in forming microalloy, strengthening the metal base, improving the intensity and cutting performance and adjusting the degree of hardness.
